Le Process ("we," "us," or "our") operates leprocess.net (the "Site") and provides process serving, court filing, document retrieval, delivery, and notary services. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you:
- Place an order through our ServeManager portal
- Submit a request form, including e-File, Copy, Case Information, Client Interview, or Delivery
- Request a quote or ask a question by phone or email
- Authorize a payment by Zelle or credit card
This information may include your name, law firm, email address, phone number, billing details, and case related information you choose to share.
We also collect limited technical information automatically when you visit the Site, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and the pages you view. This is collected through standard web analytics.
Case and Service Information
To carry out the legal support services you request, you may provide case details and information about the parties to be served, including names, addresses, physical descriptions, vehicle details, and similar identifying information. We use this information solely to perform the requested service, to meet court and statutory requirements, and to document our work. We treat this information with the confidentiality appropriate to legal support work and do not use it for any unrelated purpose.

We use the information we collect to:
- Perform the process serving, filing, retrieval, delivery, and notary services you request
- Communicate status updates and respond to your inquiries

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Payment Information
If you pay by credit card, the authorization form you submit contains sensitive payment details. Please return it only by the secure methods we provide and never include full card numbers in unsecured email or text messages. We keep card information on file only when you authorize us to do so, and only until you provide written notice to stop. If you pay by Zelle, the transaction is handled by your own bank under Zelle's terms, and we receive only the payment and the details your bank shares with us.
Third Party Services We Use
The Site and our operations rely on a small set of trusted third party tools. Each one operates under its own privacy policy that governs how it handles your information:
- ServeManager. Our order intake and case management portal. When you place an order, ServeManager collects the case and contact details you enter so we can process and track your request. Its privacy policy governs that information.
- Netlify. The Site is hosted on Netlify, which may process limited technical data such as your IP address as part of delivering the Site securely.
- OpenRouteService. If you use a distance or fee estimator on the Site, the address you enter is sent to OpenRouteService only to calculate the estimate. We do not use that address for any other purpose.

Cookies
The Site uses cookies mainly for analytics and basic functionality. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings. Turning off cookies may affect how some parts of the Site function.
How We Protect Your Information
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal and case information from unauthorized access, alteration, and disclosure. No method of transmission over the Internet is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. For sensitive payment information, please use the secure submission methods we provide.
Your Choices and Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time, subject to the records we are required to retain for completed legal services.
