Placing an order
How do I start a new service request?
The fastest path is the Order Service button, which sends your request directly into our ServeManager portal for immediate processing and real time tracking. For specialized requests, use the standalone forms in the Client Portal.
How do I track the status of my service?
Orders placed through ServeManager generate automated status updates. Our field agents update each case as attempts are made, so you can see progress without calling in.
What information helps complete a difficult or evasive serve?
Details win cases. A physical description, vehicle make and model, work hours, gate codes, and a recent photo all raise the success rate. Submit these through the Client Interview form on the Client Portal.
Do you handle rush and after hours requests?
Yes. We offer same day rush along with standard rush tiers, plus courier delivery windows from one to six hours. Rush and after hours fees are listed on the Fee Schedule.

Are deposits refundable?
Once the first attempt is made, the fee is non refundable whether or not service is completed. Delivery fees are also non refundable once an attempt is made.
Do you offer a monthly plan for firms?
Yes. The optional monthly plan is $175 for the first attorney and $50 for each additional attorney, and it includes follow ups, walk throughs, and copy requests in Harris County. Out of county fees are billed separately. Details are on the Fee Schedule.
Forms and county resources
Where do I find your forms?
All client forms live on the Client Portal: e-File Request, Copy Request, Case Information, Client Interview, Delivery Request, and Credit Card Authorization.
Which path do I use for what?
Use the Order Service portal for standard serves and new orders. Use a standalone form for a specialized request such as an electronic filing, a copy request, a courier delivery, or detailed subject intelligence. When in doubt, start with Order Service.
Do you provide county specific forms?
Yes. The Client Portal includes a county resource section with direct links to the latest official forms for Harris, Montgomery, Fort Bend, Brazoria, and Galveston counties, so you do not have to search clerk websites.
